Privacy Policy

• Account information — the email address and name you provide when you register.
• Deal parameters — the deal amount, structure, sector, and geography you enter to run a match. Text or documents you paste into the AI deal parser are processed to extract parameters; uploaded files are read in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• Newsletter and lead emails — the email address you submit to receive a lender list or subscribe to updates.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data & cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

The Service includes a directory of lending institutions and the business contact details of professionals at those institutions — typically name, job title, firm, business email, and public LinkedIn URL. This data is compiled from public and licensed business sources (company websites, professional profiles, press releases, and licensed B2B data providers). It is business-card-level information about professional roles; we do not compile personal addresses, personal phone numbers, financial details, or any sensitive categories of data.

Paying users can unlock this business contact information for their own financing outreach — which means, under some privacy laws (including the CCPA), we “sell” business contact data of listed professionals.

If you are listed and want to be corrected or removed: email deals@agentasllc.com from any address, with the name and firm as listed. We will verify, then correct or permanently remove the record and add it to our suppression list so it is not re-added by future data refreshes. No account or justification required.

We use user information to operate and improve the Service, run lender matches, deliver the lists and emails you request, process payments, respond to inquiries, maintain security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We use directory data to provide the research and unlock features described above.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service — Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Supabase (database hosting) — under agreements limiting their use of the information to providing services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell user account data. Directory contact data is made available to paying users as described above.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment credentials never touch our servers. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements; when no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to deals@agentasllc.com.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any such email; transactional messages about your account or purchases may still be sent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via deals@agentasllc.com.

California residents have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information we hold, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

• Users: we do not sell your account data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Listed professionals: the directory involves the sale of business contact information as described above. To opt out: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — one email, and your record is removed and suppressed.

We honor equivalent rights for residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; the Service is for business use.

The Service is operated from the United States and directed at U.S. financing activity. If you access it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S. EEA/UK-listed professionals may use the same removal route above, which we honor regardless of jurisdiction.
